If I looked like this I think I would hate myself, but it makes me happy that she does.

I’m afraid to ask how many bows they go through in a year. Why aren’t there more sexy cello beasts like this in the world?

This is the quartet I’ll be a part of this year. At first I was not so attached, but as I get to play it more and more it grows on me. Got to love some of the pure cello moments :)

so happy
I need new study music… If anybody out there hears this, suggestions would be ADORED!
Over the banister leans a face, tenderly sweet and beguiling
While below her with tender grace
He watches the picture smiling.
A light burns dim in the hall below
Nobody sees them standing
Saying goodnight again, soft and low.
Halfway up to the landing.
Nobody, only those eyes of brown
Tender and full of meaning
Gaze on the loveliest face in town
Over the banister leaning.
Oh, I can’t take another heartache
Though you say you’re my friend
I’m at my wits end
You say your love is bonafide
But that don’t coincide
With the things that you’re doing
When I ask you to be nice
You say you gotta be
Cruel to be kind, in the right measure
Cruel to be kind, it’s a very good sign
Cruel to be kind, means that I love you
Baby, you gotta be cruel to be kind
Well, I do my best to understand dear
But you still mystify, and I wanna know why
I pick myself up off the ground
And have you knock me back down
Again and again
And when I ask you to explain
You say you gotta be
Cruel to be kind, in the right measure
Cruel to be kind, it’s a very good sign
Cruel to be kind, means that I love you
Baby, you gotta be cruel to be kind
Well, I do my best to understand dear
But you still mystify, and I wanna know why
I pick myself up off the ground
And have you knock me back down
Again and again
And when I ask you to explain
You say you gotta be
Cruel to be kind, in the right measure
Cruel to be kind, it’s a very good sign
Cruel to be kind, means that I love you
Baby, you gotta be cruel to be kind
